The Alliance Institute is an instrument within AAG that was established to continuously raise the bar of excellence for all member firms through development of best practices and benchmarking procedures.
AAG ensures exceptional quality through a number of methods.

Alliance members participate in Alliance Audits, where principals from other member firms perform a thorough company evaluation. This process includes complete access to company financials, strategies and personnel. The result is a report of observations, issues and recommendations used by the audited company to improve its operations.
Regular Best Practices Meetings or Peer Meetings are focused on a single topic relevant to the business or operations of all companies. All member companies share their best practices in a selected area to benchmark the Alliance and to benefit all members.
